We understand what it’s like to be Peruvian and live in another country. After all, that is who we are—Peruvians who grew up in Peru and then moved to Boston, Massachusetts.
We also understand the difficulty of trying to stay connected to Peru while living abroad. If we wanted a shirt with a Peru logo to show our Peruvian pride, we would have to wait until a family member or friend went to Peru and ask them to bring us something back. We might not even live somewhere that has other Peruvians, making it even harder to stay connected to where we’re from.
That is why we created PeruCoUSA. Our goal is to create a community of Peruvians—and anyone who loves Peru—who are living abroad and provide all that is needed to stay connected to our home country.
We recognize that the connection can be established in different ways, and we want to help in all the ways that we can. While we provide apparel and other products that are related to Peru, we also strive to provide a complete Peruvian experience in our social media sites. We’re excited to bring a little part of Peru to those who live abroad and to strengthen our community.
We want to make the shopping experience as easy and painless as possible. That is why we hold these beliefs:
Entendemos lo que es ser peruano y vivir en otro país. Después de todo, eso es lo que somos: peruanos que crecimos en Perú y luego nos mudamos a Boston, Massachusetts.
También entendemos la dificultad de tratar de mantenernos conectados con Perú mientras vivimos en el extranjero. Si queremos un polo con un logotipo de Perú para mostrar nuestro orgullo peruano, tendríamos que esperar hasta que un miembro de la familia o un amigo vaya a Perú y pedirles que nos traigan algo de ahí. O puede ser que no vivamos en un lugar que tenga otros peruanos, haciéndolo aún más difícil mantenerse conectados con nuestro país.
Es por eso que creamos PeruCoUSA. Nuestro objetivo es crear una comunidad de peruanos (y de todos los que aman a Perú), que viven en el extranjero y proveer todo lo necesario para mantenernos conectados con nuestro Perú.
Reconocemos que la conexión se puede establecer de varias maneras, y queremos ayudar de todas las maneras que podamos. Nosotros ofrecemos ropa y otros productos relacionados con Perú, pero también queremos dar una experiencia peruana en nuestros sitios de redes sociales. Estamos entusiasmados de traer una pequeña parte de Perú a quienes viven en el extranjero y de fortalecer nuestra comunidad.
